Shipping policy
Every ROEV order is packed by hand and sent tracked.
UK delivery
- Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.95 · usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.50 · usually next working day after dispatch
- Free standard UK delivery on orders over £30
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
A note on addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can't redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery (postage may apply).
If your parcel is delayed or lost
If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 working days, email hello@roev.co.uk and we'll take it up with Royal Mail and make sure you're looked after.
International
